Best Hotels guarantees you the best price online for your booking. If you find a lower rate online, we'll match it.
Requirements when requesting price matching:
1. You must have made a booking on www.hotel4barcelona.com.
2. Send your price matching request within 48 hours of making the booking.
3. The price found (in Euros) must always be on an online channel and be available when checking.
4. The hotel, room type, board plan, number of people, check-in and check-out dates, and terms and conditions must coincide with those for your booking.
How to request a price match
1. Contact us by email - ventas@besthotels.es - indicating your details: name and surname(s), email address, telephone number and booking reference.
2. Send a screenshot of the price found.
Best Hotels will verify the details and, if your request meets the requirements, the price will be matched within a maximum of 2 working days.
Additional terms and conditions:
Once the best price online match has been accepted and performed, if a modification were to be made to the booking in terms of accommodation type, room type, board plan, number of people or dates, the price match will be void, and the corresponding price on our website will be applied.
Best Hotels reserves the right to deny any claim linked with a lower rate for a room if its availability cannot be verified. In addition, it reserves the right to interrupt or modify the Terms and Conditions of the lowest price online rate guarantee.
